Coriander Chutney is very easy to prepare at home that has multi-purpose use. It takes about 10 mins to prepare.
* 50 gm coriander leaves (1 cup)
* 1 inch ginger
* 1 piece garlic
* 2 green chillis
* 1/4 teaspoon imli
* 1/2 teaspoon of mustard oil,
* Salt

Take 50 gm coriander leaves (1 cup), 1 inch ginger (peel off the skin), 1 piece garlic, 2 green chillis, 1/4 teaspoon imli (tamarind) and wash all the ingredients properly.

Put all the ingredients (step 1) into a mixer grinder and add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard oil, salt to taste and blend it.
Coriander Chutney is ready to serve with many fried items like Samosa Bread Pakora or Aloo (Potato) Paratha.
