Corn pudding casserole

CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE

4 eggs
1½ cups milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups corn
¼ cup flour
4-5 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Beat eggs. Add milk and cream. Add butter. In another bowl, put 3 cups corn (fresh corn is best, frozen works well). Coat the corn with flour, sugar, and salt. Add corn mixture to egg mixture. Stir.

Bake uncovered in greased casserole dish at 300º for 1 hour. Stir pudding 3 times, at 20 minute intervals while baking.
