Corn /with Bacon and Sour Cream

Hey everyone, I put this recipe on a while back and decided to re-enter it because I couldn’t find it on here to send to someone…don’t know where I entered it!! It is totally delicious and easy to fix…Plus you can customize it to your families special taste.

1/4 lb. of Bacon (I use more)reserve 4 T. of the grease for sauteing onions.
1 medium chopped onion
4 T. flour
2 t. salt
1 cup sour cream…(I sometimes add just a little more)
2 cans of corn-drained

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain all but about 4 T. of the grease. Saute chopped onion in the grease and then add flour to thicken and sour cream. Then add drained corn- mix well. Put into baking dish, crumble bacon on top. Bake at 425 for 45 min.

*We always double this recipe, because everyone loves it and always takes seconds.
