Cornbeef Meal In One Pot:
Brisket of Cornbeef
1 Head Cabbage
4-6 Large Potatoes
6 Whole Carrots (optional)
Salt/Pepper to taste
Rinse Brisket and place in a boiler to boil. Boil on highest heat allowed with lid on boiler.
When Brisket is tender, Add the above ingrediants and cook until done. **You may want to add carrots a few minutes earlier than other veggies, since they take a little longer to get tender.
Once the veggies are done, It is ready to serve.
- When served, each veggie will have it’s own flavor, just as if cooked in several pots.
Serve with Cornbread and salad
