Corned Beef Casserole
1 (6 ounce) package macaroni
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, chopped
1/4 pound American cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup buttered crumbs
Cook macaroni in salted water; drain and rinse.
Combine remaining ingredients except crumbs and alternate with layers of macaroni in a greased 2-quart casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley and sliced olives.
Serves 6 to 8.
