3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, parmesan and dressing mix.
Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in cornflake mixture to coat.
Place in a greased 9 x 13 and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min. or until chicken juices run clear. 8 servings
