Country Baked Chicken

1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup miracle whip dressing (regular or light)
1 3/4 cups water
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)

Place rice in greased 12x8-inch baking dish.
Mix vegetables and seasonings; spoon over rice.
Mix soup and dressing; gradually stir water.
Pour half of the soup mixture over vegetables; top with chicken and
remaining soup mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and rice
is cooked.
