Country Pasta Salad
8 ounces rotelle pasta
1-1/2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken(about 9 ounces)
1 medium red or green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup shredded carrots
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 cup Italian or Ranch Dressing
Cook rotelle according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
Combine rotelle, turkey, red pepper, carrots, bacon and olives in large bowl. Add Dressing and toss well. Chill, if desired.
