Cowboy Hash

This one is real easy, and if you have a large family, it makes for a pretty cheap meal. If you want, you can serve this over rice (which ever type you and your family prefer).
This recipe serves 6 but can easily be doubled or tripled depending on your needs.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups corn
3 1/2 cups ranch-style beans

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute ground beef until browned; drain.
Stir in corn and beans and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
