Coyote Fritters

1 can (8 1/4 oz.) Whole kernel corn…reserve liquid
milk
11/2 cups flour
1 T. baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg…beaten
oil…for frying

Drain corn…reseve liguid. Add enough milk to equal 1 cup to the corn

Combine: egg-milk mixturecorn …add this to the dry ingredients.

Mix just until all moistened

Carefully drop batter by tablespoons into hot oil in a skillet.
Fry for about 2 minutes on each side or until gold-brown.

Drain on paper towels
