Crab Dip

8 oz cream cheese, softened
5 TBS diced yellow onion
4 TBS butter, softened
5 TBS diced green pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp paprika
4 TBS mayonnaise
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
4 (6 oz) cans crabmeat, drained

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, butter, and sour cream until smooth. Blend in the seasoned salt and paprika. Stir in the onions, peppers, crabmeat, and cheese. Lightly grease an ovenproof baking dish and spread mixture evenly into it. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until mixture is bubbly, about 10 to 15 minutes. This dip is great for a party, and is best served with corn chips, tortilla chips, or your favorite crackers. If you want to spice it up a bit you can add a teaspoon or two of tabasco sauce. Enjoy!
