Cranberry Mandarin Jello Mold
2 3 oz packages raspberry gelatin
1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 8 oz can mandarin oranges in light syrup
1 15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. finely chopped walnuts

Spray a 9” square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In medium glass mixing bowl combine raspberry gelatin and unflavored gelatin. Add 1 c. boiling water and stir with metal spoon until completely dissolved. Slowly stir in 1/2 c. cold water. Add undrained mandarin oranges, cranberry sauce, and walnuts. Stir until completely combined.

Pour mixture into prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap,and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, until firm. Serve cold.
