Cranberry Nut Loaf

2 1/2 cups [625 mL] bisquick variety baking mix 1/2 cup [125 mL] packed brown sugar 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] sorted fresh cranberries 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C]. Into a large bowl, mix together baking mix, brown sugar, milk and beaten eggs until just moistened. Fold in cranberries and chopped pecans. Spoon into an 8 x 4-inch [20 x 10-cm] loaf pan. Bake into preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until a wooden pick comes out clean from its center. Do not overbake.
