3 cups cooked turkey meat from a 1 (11 to13-pound) Turkey
2 Tablespoons of green onion, finely diced
3 Tablespoons celery, finely diced
3 cups of mayonnaise
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup candied pecans (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shred your meat so it becomes stringy. Add your onion, celery, and mayonnaise. Mix to combine then fold in craisins. Place in an airtight container until you are ready to eat. Serve on your favorite bread, salad, or just eat it plain! I added candied pecans on top of my salad. But you can easily mix them in if you are having it on bread.
