Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken
4 to 6 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. dried Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup sherry
8 ounces cream cheese cut in cubes
1 tbsp. onion, minced
Brush chicken with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
