Cream of Cabbage Soup

1 small head shredded cabbage
1/2 small onion (diced)
1 C. milk
1 c. shredded carrots
2 T. butter
1 can Cream of Potato Soup

Stir fry cabbage, carrots, and onion in butter until wilted but not brown. In a large covered pan , combine milk and soup. Add the stir-fried vegetables and simmer for 20 - 30 min. Salt and pepper to taste.
