1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1 3-ounce package cream cheese – softened
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Stir together cream cheese, butter and nutmeg. Stir in spinach, spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350ÂºF oven for 20 minutes. Or cover and microwave at 100 percent power for 3 minutes.
