creamy balsamic vinagret....?


how can i make creamy balsamic vinagret like they do at the restaurants.?

Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Yield: 10 Oz

   1 c  Mayonnaise
   3 tb Balsamic Vinegar
   2 tb Fresh lemon juice
   1 ts Worchestershire sauce
   2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
 1/2 ts Garlic powder
 1/8 ts Pepper
        Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in 2-cup bowl and whisk until
smooth. Chill several hours before serving over salad
greens. Makes enough for 8-10 people.

SERVING SUGGESTION: For a truly Italian entree, serve
shredded chicken over iceberg lettuce topped with this

* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
* 1 clove crushed garlic
* 1 teaspoon ground mustard
* 1 pinch salt
* ground black pepper to taste


In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard powder. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Stir in minced fresh herbs if desired.

1/2 cup of Stonyfield Farm Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 1/2 cup of Newman’s Own

Whisk 1/2 cup of Stonyfield Farm Nonfat Plain Yogurt with 1/2 cup of Newman’s Own. For Balsamic Vinigrette Dressing: Steam 1 lb. fresh green beans until tender. Rinse beans in cold water until cool, pat dry, then toss them with dressing until lightly coated. Chill and serve as a cold side dish.
