Creamy Chicken & Green Chilies

1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c water
1/4 c dry white wine
1 c dairy sour cream
4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped sweet red pepper
1 small can (4 oz.) diced green chilies

Mix soups, water, wine & sour cream well. Combine with all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
