Creamy Crab Stuff -Chinese- Recipe wanted.

Went to New China Buffet today, grabbed all my favorite stuff. Got home 5 or so hours later and wished like crazy I had a recipe for this one dish. I’ve noticed King Buffet (another Chinese place) puts cheese on top of theirs, but it’s not really necessary. Anyway, it’s the really creamy stuff with the big chunks of imitation crab meat in it. I read some where else that when asked staff said it was just the crab meat, mayo, and celery… but I’m pretty sure there’s some chopped onion in there. If anybody knows what I’m talking about please let me know measurements, and how it’s actually cooked. (I’ve heard baked and fried, but with mayo I’m not even sure how to begin frying that.)
