Creamy Cucumber Dressing

A few years back the Kraft Company marketed their Creamy Cucumber Dressing. Now it isn’t available anymore. Does any have a recipe for this? We drizzled the dressing on sliced cucumbers. It was excellent but it is only a memory now.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks for the quick response. I should have been more clear. This dressing was poured over sliced cucumbers for a cucumber salad.

I hope this helps.

I remember that dressing, but it was for over salads too. It looked like ranch dressing but had a cucumber taste.

Creamy Cucumber Dressing

1 1/2 cup cucumber – peeled, seeded. chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons frozen or fresh chopped chives

Just blend ingredients together in blender, cover and chill.

This recipe from CDKitchen for Creamy Cucumber Dressing serves/makes 1.5 cups
As you can see, I found this on a recipe web site. I hope it is close to what you are looking for.
P.S. If it were me, I would add a little dill weed, but that’s just me.

I know this doesn’t directly relate, but couldn’t resist sharing this one which I found while looking for the Dressing:

Creamy Cucumber Salad Ring

1 package lime flavored gelatin (Jell-O)
3/4 cup hot water
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely chopped or grated
1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onion

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and salt. Beat with electric hand-held mixer until smooth. Add lemon juice. Chill until partially set, about 30 minutes. Stir in cucumbers and onions. Pour into a 1 quart ring mold and chill until firm. Top with mayonnaise when served.
Serves 6.
NOTE: I know some people don’t like lime gelatin, so lemon would be an OK substitute here.
