Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Makes 6 servings
2 lbs. potatoes, pared and cut into cubes
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
l/3 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. coarse-ground black pepper
l Tbs. minced fresh parsley

In large saucepot, place potatoes, garlic and l tsp. salt and enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and garlic are fork tender; drain and place potatoes and garlic in a Thatsa™ Bowl, Jr.

With electric mixer at medium speed, blend potatoes and garlic until just mashed. Add sour cream, milk, remaining 1/2 tsp. salt and the pepper. With Mixer at high speed, blend until smooth. Stir in parsley.
