Creamy Iced Vanilla Caramel Coffee

4 c brewed coffee (cold or room temperature)
1 c milk
1 c caramel ripple ice cream
canned whipped cream (opt)
3 c crushed ice

Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high until the ice is completely smooth. Pour into four glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
