Creamy Mushroom Swiss Steak
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton mushroom soup mix
1 can of mushrooms (or 8 oz fresh)
1 cup of water
2 lbs. round Steak
Season your steak with salt and pepper and place in a casserole dish. Pour your soup, water, mushrooms and soup mix over top. Stir until blended. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn meat and bake an additional 15 minutes or until done.
Serve over pasta or rice.
