Creamy Spinach Dip

Creamy Spinach Dip

1 pkg. (10-12 oz) frozen spinach, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, slivered
2 green onions (scallions), chopped fine
1 pkg. dry Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 med-large round loaf of bread

Thaw the spinach and drain well in a cloth tea towel by twisting to reduce moisture. Mix all together in a med size bowl and place in a hollowed round loaf of (pumpernickel) bread. Serve with chunks of the hollowed out bread and/or chips, crackers, or other types of bread chunks.
