Too exhausted and wore out to cook so we are having leftovers. Our tradition is to see who can be the most creative. This is my contribution this year.
Ham bone gets cooked with water, onions, celery and lots of spices (but definitely no salt) then we make drop dumplings (or use flour tortillas cut into squares).
Dinner will be ham dumplings, turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce and stuffing, turnip greens, carrot/raisin salad, and Mexican cornbread. Leftover applecrisp and mincemeat pies for dessert.
