Crescent Cheese Cake
3 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
3 8 ounce packages cream cheese
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
2 packages frozen strawberries, thawed,…or other fruit
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and 2 cups of sugar together. Coat a 9x13x2 inch pan with cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls. Smooth cream cheese mixture over rolls.
Add your choice of fruit (optional). Cover with the other 1 1/2 cans crescent rolls. Melt butter and pour over last layer. Mix the 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 30 -35 minutes.
