Crispy Ice Cream Dessert

1 12-oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
6 cups cocoa flavored crisp rice cereal
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened

Melt together chips and peanut butter in large saucepan over low heat. Stir in cereal and cool for 10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of this cereal mixture and fold the rest into the ice cream. Spoon into a 13x9" pan and sprinkle reserved cereal mixture on top. Cover and freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
