Crispy Ranch Chicken with a Twist
2 cups ranch flavored potato chips
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 skinned & boned chicken breast halves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Combine potato chips and pepper. Brush chicken breasts evenly with mayonnaise; coat with chips. Arrange chicken on lightly greased rack of broiler pan. Place in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
