Chicken breasts, marinated in chicken bouillon, garlic, basil, onion, black pepper; drained and placed in crockpot.
While breasts are marinating - make bbq sauce:
Saute onion in butter with garlic, add ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne and a little water; simmer 20 minutes; pour over breasts. Cover and cook till done.
Served with mixture of salad greens, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, basil.
Also hot buttered corn.
