Can’t wait to try this; is it as good as Sam’s Club chicken
I made this chicken today and, while it was very tasty, I was disappointed that it wasn’t like supermarket rotisserie chicken at all. The skin wasn’t brown and crisp.
I didn’t think so, but thought I would give it a try. Like I said, it was tasty, so not a total loss.
Does the chicken brown or stay sort of uncooked looking?

wouldn’t it be possible to put the chicken in the broiler for a bit to get the nice crispy browned skin?
