Crockpot Round Steak
2-3 lbs round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
1 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms or canned mushrooms
Mix soup, dry soup mix and water together. Place round steak in
crockpot. Add mushrooms to mixture. Pour mixture on top. Cook on low
for 6-7 hours. Makes a wonderful gravy.
Note- what I do is cut the round steak up into several pieces and layer
the meat and the soup mixture.
