Crockpot Sausage & Potatoes

  • About 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder (A can of diced chiles may be added if desired)

Grease crockpot. Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in crockpot. Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in crockpot. Stir together. Cook on low 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
