Crockpot Texas Hash

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 sm. onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook, covered on low for 6 to 8 hours, adding water if necessary. 8 servings.
