howdy MJ my name is martin and I was a Culinary student here in Kansas City love cooking but hated the hours especially at apprentice pay I.hope you have the time of your life. The best advice I got in culinary school was to remember that you work when everyone plays and play when everyone works. If you need a sounding board give me a yell.
