Curried Apple Cabbage Slaw
Dressing:Makes 8 cups
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups shredded cabbage (1/2 head)
3 cups sweet apples, chopped
Mix together all dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage and apples.
