I hope many of you will enjoy it as much as me. It’s even low-fat!
CURRIED CUMIN HUMMUS
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 C Water
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3/4 tsp Salt
2 cans Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add curry and cumin; cook 30 seconds or until fragrant, stirring constantly.
Place garlic mixture, water, and remaining ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
Makes 3 Cups.
