DANISH MEATBALLS

1 lb. ground round beef
1/2 lb. lean pork
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 onion, grated
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Grind the meat very fine. Place in mixing bowl and add flour, salt, pepper and onion; mix well. Add eggs one at a time and lastly the milk. Fry in margarine, in skillet. May be used for meatloaf.
