DANISH PORK SAUSAGE

3 lbs. pork
2 t. salt
1 c. soup stock
1 t. white pepper
Pork casings

Let pork go through meat chopper 3 - 4 times. Add salt and pepper and the soup stock very slowly while stirring with a wooden spoon. Mix until smooth.
Fill into casing, do not stuff too tight, about 3/4 full. Boil sausage 10 minutes, drain and fry in skillet until golden brown.
