Decadent Fruit Bars

3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup honey, divided
2 ripe, medium bananas
2 medium tart green apples, unpeeled
1 package (9 oz.) CinnaRaisins
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 firm banana
1/3 cup quick cooking or old fashioned oats

Combine flour, margarine and 1/2 cup honey until blended. Remove 3/4 cup for topping; set aside. Press remaining flour mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Slice bananas into blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth (1 cup). Core apples; cut into small chunks. Combine blended bananas, apples, remaining 1/4 cup honey, raisins, sugar, lemon juice and peel in large saucepan. Cover cook, over low heat, 10 minutes, stirring often. Uncover, simmer 10 minutes longer, stirring often. Slice firm banana into apple mixture; Fold until blended. Spread evenly over flour mixture in pan. Add oats to reserved flour mixture. Crumble remaining oat mixture over all. Bake at 400 F, 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars.
