Delicious Low Fat Turkey Chili

This chili is not your typical chili dish, but it’s really tasty and good for you as well!

[li]1 lb ground turkey breast
[/li][li](or ground chicken)
[/li][li]1 can tomato sauce
[/li][li]1 can red kidney beans
[/li][li]1 can black beans
[/li][li]1 small can of corn
[/li][li]2 celery stalks (optional)
[/li][li]2 tbs or more of chili powder to taste
[/li][li]slash of chipotle tabasco
[/li][li]1 tbs of ground cumin
[/li][li]cilantro & green onions
[/li][/ul]

Brown meat in a splash of oil along with chili powder & cumin & celery. Add salt & pepper to taste. When cooked add tomato sauce, kidney & black beans. Cook for 20 minutes or so and at the end mix in corn. Garnish with cilantro and chopped fresh green onions. Serve over brown or white rice.
