Diabetic Chocolate Cake Recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. low fat milk. 2%
2/3 c. liquid shortening
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into well greased and floured 13x9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
