Dijon Chicken Skewers for One

Skinned, boned chicken breast 6 oz.
Dijon mustard sauce 2 oz.
Prepared sesame noodles 4 oz.
Red bell pepper, diced 1 tsp.

  1. Cut chicken into 4 long strips; thread onto 4 soaked wooden skewers. Grill; brush with mustard sauce.

  2. Arrange noodles on plate; top with skewers. Garnish with pepper.
