Dill Dip for Vegetables
(low fat & low calorie recipe)

2/3 cup light or fat free sour cream
2/3 cup light or sour cream mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
1 teaspoon dried parsley, crushed
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes, crushed
2 teaspoons Beau Monde seasoning
Assorted cold vegetables

In a large bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix in dill weed, parsley, onion flakes, and Beau Monde seasoning. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hours or overnight. Transfer into a serving bowl and served with assorted cold vegetables.

Serves many.
