Dilly Tuna Log

2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

In a bowl mix 1/3 cup soup, tuna, onion, green pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon and 1 teaspoon dill.

In a separate bowl combine biscuit mix and water. Mix as directed on package for rolled biscuits. Roll out on a floured surface into a 13x10 inch rectangle.

Spread tuna mixture to within one inch of edges. Roll up, starting at wide side. Seal ends. Place seam down on a greased baking sheet. Make several diagonal slits on top. Bake at 375ยบ for 30 minutes.

Prepare Sauce: Blend remaining soup, milk, lemon juice, and dill. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over slices of log.
