Taco oven fried chicken, BBQ baked beans, Yellow rice, and JELL-O
Quick easy supper since the hubby wont be home until late.
Taco Oven-Fried Chicken
2 cups milk
4 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
4 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4 minced garlic clove
2 cup flour
4 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
8 Chicken legs
4 Chicken thighs
- Whisk together first six ingredients in shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl combine remaining ingredients (except chicken).
- Dip chicken in milk mixture ( I let if marinate in this mixture for a few hours in the refrigerator), then roll in flour mixture.
- Place chicken on baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray; bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, or until chicken juices run clear.
BBQ Baked Beans
1 small onion, chopped
6 slices of bacon, chopped
2 cans of white northern beans, drained
1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Slightly cook the onions and bacon in the microwave. Drain off excess liquid and fat. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for an hour uncovered.
