Do-ahead Casserole

DO-AHEAD CASSEROLE

Brown 1 pound of ground beef. Drain.

Add:
1 cup uncooked macaroni
½ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Mix all ingredients together well. Put into a large casserole or baking dish; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350° for 1½ hours. Serves 6.
