do you like buttered noodles???

I think everyone likes buttered noodles.

The next time you make them - try this variation:

Melt about 1/2 c. butter in small saucepan; process one tomato and 2 or 3 sun-dried tomato halves until finely chopped; add melted butter in steady stream while processor is running until you have almost a “paste”.

Refrigerate or freeze if making ahead - if using right away, allow butter to reach a “spreadable” stage.

This butter can be used on other foods as well!
