We all use mustard - and I came up with this and everyone likes it so I’ll pass it on to you!
I drizzle some olive oil over about 8 cloves of garlic that I peeled and then bake at 325* F. until soft - about 20 - 25 minutes, stirring. Transfer to bowl and mash; remove any hard parts.
Add 8 oz. Dijon-style mustard, 1/2 t. dried basil leaves, 1/4 t. dried oregano; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld. Enjoy!
