I recently went to a craft fair and bought a powdered mix for no-bake cheese cake. You add your own cream cheese and whipped topping. Does anyone know what goes into the mix? I’m sure it will be cheaper to make the mix at home than to buy it. The package lists Sugar, artificial flavoring, and food starch as the ingredients. I’d like to put the mixes in jars and give as Christmas gifts.
